Just to have my opinion somewhere in case I'm right.
I've thought this for... a year, maybe? Probably longer.
I think Ulquiorra will be either some sort of lizard/ reptile.
He could also be some sort of death figure like the grim reaper.
The whole Four/Shi/Death thing.
